CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We gladly accept cancellations. Email us at email@example.com requesting a cancellation with your order number. Cancellations must be requested within 2 days of purchase.
If you receive a broken item with your shipment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the breakage and your order number. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will ship you a new identical item.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a refund upon the return of your item/s minus 5% of the transaction value. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please email us at email@example.com with your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Please include a note with details of your name, contact details, order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Please send us the tracking number once it is available so we can confirm that it is on its way.
The responsibility for returning breakable items back to us safely falls on you. We are unable to refund items that are returned to us used, washed or in anything less than like-new conditions. The item/s must be returned in the original packaging. Please pack them well and ship via a trackable carrier.
