MATERIAL & CARE​

 

Adama's products are handcrafted functional ceramic objects made of natural materials. Since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in size, shape or color are to be expected and appreciated.

​

All of our ceramic objects are made from black terracota clay and glaze.

Safety Instructions:

​​

• Before first use, thoroughly wash ceramic item with water and dish soap. Rinse and leave in water one hour.

• Store ceramic items only when completely dry.

• Do not expose the ceramic item to flame.

• Not for use on gas burners.

• Not for use on hot plates.

• The ceramic items are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.

• Ceramic retains heat! Use caution when handling heated piece.

 

SHIPPING

• We usually ship within 7-21 business days, except for Made to Order items, which are typically shipped within 14-30 business days.

• We are not responsible for any delay which is not under our control, such as release from customs or delays caused by the courier.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

Shipping within Israel is provided with a private currier, at a flat rate of 45 NIS.

 

International Shipping

 

• We primarily ship packages with Israel Post EMS (Express Mail Service https://www.ems.post/en). EMS ships to P.O. Boxes and physical addresses as well.

• International shipping rates vary according to the destination country, and are based on the weight of the package.

• International taxes and duties are not included in our shipping cost. The buyer is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

PACKAGING

 

We don’t offer gift wrapping for shipped orders, since the safety of your products is our first priority in how we design our packaging for traveling.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

We gladly accept order cancellations prior to delivery. Email us at info@adamastudio.com requesting a cancellation with your order number. Cancellations must be requested within 2 days of purchase, and are subject to a fee (5% of the transaction value).

RETURNS

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a refund upon the return of your item/s minus 5% of the transaction value. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please email us at info@adamastudio.com with your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Please include a note with details of your name, contact details, order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Please send us the tracking number once it is available so we can confirm that it is on its way.

 

The responsibility for returning breakable items back to us safely falls on you. We are unable to refund items that are returned to us used, washed or in anything less than like-new conditions. The item/s must be returned in the original packaging. Please pack them well and ship via a trackable carrier.

*If you receive a broken item with your shipment, email us at info@adamastudio.com with a photograph of the breakage and your order number. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will ship you a new identical item.
